There are two tasks.

1. Late-fee calculator
2. New feed checker

Homework submission: zip all source codes in tasks 1 as latefee.zip or latefee.tgz, and all source codes in tasks 2 as feedchecker.zip or feedchecker.tgz, and send them to jittat at gmail dot com.
